This tofu can be put on a salad (like I did) or with rice (like I will try soon enough) or plain! Recipe taken from here.
- 1 block of tofu, drained, pressed and cubed
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- salt to taste
- 4 tsp chili powder
1) Heat the oven to 350F/175C or toaster oven to 130C.
2) Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, basil, oregano, salt and chili powder.
3) Pour over the tofu and mix.
4) Bake for 10 minutes.
