Greek Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of pasta
  • 1 cup creamy garlic salad dressing
  • 1 cucumber, halved and cut into slices
  • 1/2 cup of olives, halved
  • 1 cup of Feta cheese, cubed
  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup of sprouts (I could only find bean sprouts, which I like raw so I used those)

Directions:

1) Cook the pasta and then run under cold water.

2) Mix with half of the dressing and place in the bottom of a serving bowl.

 

 

 

3) Top with the cucumber, olives, cheese, tomato, the rest of the dressing and the sprouts.

4) Chill for 24 hours.

 

 

 

5) Toss before serving.
