Fried Ramen Pancake

Ingredients:

  • water
  • ramen
  • seasoning for ramen (optional)
  • sesame oil
  • soy sauce
  • sesame seeds (optional)

Directions:

1) Heat water in a pan (not pot).

2) Add the ramen (and seasoning) and cook for 1-2 minutes.

3) Flip the ramen and cook for 1-2 minutes.

 

 

4) Take chopsticks or forks and untangle the ramen.

5) Let finish cooking.

 

 

 

6) Drain the water and remove the ramen.

7) Add sesame oil to the pan and allow to heat.

 

 

 

8) Add the ramen back in and flatten and add the soy sauce.

 

 

 

 

9) Flip when cooked on one side. I think it was the soy sauce that gave some areas the darker color.

10) Remove when cooked on the other side.

11) Serve with sesame seeds.
